Triangle Data File Parser

To use the triangle file parser, download the source and compile it by typing make. Depending on your system it may be necessary to adjust the provided makefile slightly.

The triangle data file parser is comprised of 3 source code files:

parse.c
vertex.c
vertex.h

Makefiles are provided for gcc and the watcom c compilers. The code has been tested on dos, linux, and sunos and should compile without warning.

Invocation

The parser is invoked as parse [option] <trianglefile>, where option is any combination of the following:

-h display command line parameters
-s n specify starting frame
-e n specify ending frame
-l n parse only the first n lines
-d take dot statistics
-g output histogram data files
-w output summary statistics as an html 2.0 table

Statistics are output upon the completion of the program in plaintext or in an html table format.
