This is an overview of the current infrastructure in the room, and additions and changes which are planned.

    Notes:

    1. Are these IR? If so do we need to insure the receiver is visible someplace?
    2. Gyromouse Pro, touchpad, Logitech USB Mouse
    3. Some scanners have configurable buttons on the front—one could just submit the scanned image as a event to the eventheap by pressing one of these.
    4. Print events in the heap get automatically picked up and printed—maybe print filter objects too, so an image tagged for printing can be converted to a print event.
    5. Presumably this just needs an Ethernet drop?

    To Do Lists

    This section lists the tasks that remain to be done. It is divided into two sections, equipment that still needs to be ordered and installed, and software that still needs to be created and packaged for installation.

    Ebeam device from efi We have one eBeam device, and it will be used with the Interactie Mural.  A preliminary driver is working, but hasn't been tested with the actual device.
    Interactive Table and screen Table is ordered and should arrive between 9/29/99 and 10/6/99
    Scanner On hold until event heap software has stabilized.
    Wireless Palm Pilots One has arrived.
    Wavelan Hub Hub has arrived, install on 9/23/99
    HD15 amplifier for laptop to any of the five screens in the room Not yet ordered.
