This is a photo of Hoover Tower. I tried to frame the shot with some trees and the bright sun, since there was nothing else going on in the sky.

The photo was taken with a shutter speed of 1/400 and f/9 since it was bright outside. I used "auto color" in Photoshop since it made the colors seem more vibrant.

This photo satisfies requirement 1, a photo with a vertical vanishing point. It technically is "framed" but not with a manmade object.
